When you purchase an insurance policy from Gerardi Insurance Services, you may pay the premiums with your credit card, personal check, or electronic funds transfer (EFT). If you use your credit card to pay the premium, your credit card information is deleted from our records after your purchase has been authorized. We can provide you with a receipt or confirmation number as reference to the credit card purchase. We do not keep a record of your credit card information. If you pay the premium using your personal check, we do not keep a copy of your check on file, but we may keep record of your check number and check amount. If you enroll for electronic funds transfer (EFT) from your checking account directly to your insurance carrier, we may be required to keep a copy of a voided personal check on file.
