Russell Phipps

Russ joined the Commercial Insurance team at Gerardi Insurance in 2017. Russ attended Bryant University. In the community Russ is the President of the Plainfield Business Association, and a member of NE CID (Northeast Commercial Investment and Development) group. Russ enjoys working at Gerardi because we have the best of two worlds.  We continue to operate as a local, family run business yet since our merger with the Hilb Group, we have the backing, resources, and leverage of a National Agency.  Russ feels it is important to educate his clients as part of the process of working with them, to evaluate and make recommendations for their risk management strategies. When Russ isn’t at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife Penny and two children, Tyler and Maegan.
