Shayna joined the Commercial Insurance team in 2016. She holds a Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS) designation. Shayna loves the family atmosphere at Hilb Group New England and how we all work as a team. Shayna was recently promoted to Key Accounts Manager. Shayna believes she can best help clients by being knowledgeable about insurance and being friendly, professional, prompt, and caring. When Shayna isn’t at work, she enjoys spending time with two children Payton and Colton, and her puppy Jax.
